It's a Ford CD with all of the information. You need a torrent client to download it as mentioned in that thread. They also have DVD downloads on their website.

Your best bet is to search on Ebay. You may find one for sale there.

I have it only as a DVD. I don't know any site which could host a 4.93 GB ISO. I have CD's until 2002, and it's 235 MB.
