Worn ball joints no grease

After I got my oil changed to day, I was thinking, and remembered they didn't grease front end. They told me the ball joints were worn today but when I called and asked did they grease it the guy said he didn't bether because they were a little worn. He said it won't matter. What should I do?

I know they're worn but I can't afford to fix them so should i go back and get them greased? Also isn't there other parts he should have lubed on a 01 explorer sport?
