Yellow Air Bag PigTail Under Drivers Seat

Hey guys I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport, the wires on the yellow pigtail under the drivers seat have frayed apart and art throwing an airbag code. I was looking to purchase a replacement one with some wire so I can possible splice it in. Any body have any idea where I might find one? My local yard told me they dont have any (sounds like bs) so I was wondering if you guys got any ideas. Im tryin to sell this truck ASAP so I would like to try a solution as quick as possible. Thanks!

splice the wires together and it will go away. it will always think there is a person in the seat though.

or get another one at the salvage yard and spice it in with some butt connectors, or solder it and shrink wrap it for a more professional job.
