Thought I would follow the flashing instructions saying I had never posted before and that I should come here and introduce myself, so here I am.
Names Ed, and I am a disabled family man, father of 5 (oldest 2 outta the house, and the baby is 10), tattoo artist (when I can stand to sit long enough), burden to my wife (i get the evil eye for saying this one) and general tattooed redneck.
I love to fish, and hunt (bow before I broke my back, and now back to modern firearm)
Now for my Explorer, I bought it almost 2 years ago for $200 from a friend of mine. It had a popped connection at the fuel pressure regulator. I ran to the local pull a part, grabbed the reg. and the high pressure line from the left side of the block over for $10. Tossed it in and drove it home.
Last fall I had to put a water pump in her, so what does that make it? $250 total? Yeah, I'm happy with my purchase.
Always been a Ford man, I am slowly resto/rodding a 67' F100 Ranger. And my list of past Ford's is long.
My current plans are to keep my 91, and fix/mod/upgrade as things wear out.
It is pretty stock now, I have a nice Sony deck, good speakers, and am looking for a factory sub-enclosure for the back. I have a Rod rack mounted in the headliner for my fishing rods, and I also have a rack for hunting season so my rifles are stowed up against the headliner, out of the way.
Other than those interior accessories, I have some driving lights in the grill, and she has 31"x10.5" MT on her.
I also plan on having a safari style roof rack installed before hunting season this year.
Wow, I really was just a bit of a chatty cathy there...I apologize and promise to never do it again!...
