The next Truck Haven trip

Did we decide to go to Truck Haven? I'd like to go there and make that AZ trip some other time.

I also heard that they pushed the dates back for Cal Trans to start work on the highways out there until Jan 3rd, so we should be ok traffic wise (besides the fact that it's New Years weekend).

So who's up for Truck Haven, and what days will you be there?

I was thinking of showing up Saturday morning (ish) and leaving Monday night or Tuesday morning.

The only thing keeping me from a New Yrs. run is my shock mount which I still haven't fixed.
I guess we could go back to the traditional MLK date for old times sake, that should give me time to get things in order.

Didnt think we were doing anything so I planned some work stuff the beginning of the weekend. I still need to put a new fan clutch and a bigger radiator in the truck before I go out again. Might be able to do MLK but I have a bunch of work the next month or two so I dont know what I can do.

Ok, I"ll just go out there and be one of those people we don't like out there and leave my truck at home. I have some friends that camp on the other side of s22 and take their bikes. I'll join them. :shifty_ey

I was, but then I heard that George Lucas is going to be Grand Marshal at the Rose Parade, and there are going to be 2 Star Wars floats with 200 marching stormtroopers.

We don't get MLK off, so it'd only be a day and a half.

Plus our Brother is getting married the weekend before, and I'm planning to hit the track the weekend after.
