my 92 stands up 23 inches in the front, and 21 inches in the rear. I have a 3" body lift. My front springs are new, rear are stock... obviously

my freggin 32x11.50's only stand up 30" tall. next time ill get 33"s even though they will probably only stand up 31-32".

this is to see what tires will fit your truck with what lift exactly
Your doing a lot of work for something that is already done in the Tires and Wheels Forum. It's even a sticky.

http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67200

Plus it won't really work for "exactly" if two people have a 5.5" lift and one has 33s and the other has 35s with or without a 2" or 3" body lift.

19 1/4 all stock with stock size tires but mud terrians

no thats to veg, i need somthing more percise...

look guys if i come in here and some guy has 23in. from dead center of the wheel (spindel) to the bottom of the fender lip and he has 32's with no rub , and i go measure mine id i got 22 or 24 , im good to go...

it even says in that post some trucks are different , this way is idiot proof ..if you got X many inches you can put on this big a tire..

no thats vej

stock my explorer is 18in. from dead center of the wheel (spindel) to the bottom of the fender lip . but it should be like 19in.

so if i put on the 2in. lift 21in. right..18 stocksag + 1 back to stock + 2in lift = 21

and the 235/75 15's are 29.9 in diameter

and the 32x11.50 15 BFG AT's i want are 31.7 diameter

thats almost 2in biger..

so with the 2 in. lift i should be able to fit the 32x11.50's on ..right ?

Why do you think that a 2" lift is going to bring you back to stock plus 2" for a total of 3" of lift on your truck? The 2" lift is going to lift your truck 2".

That being said, you should be able to fit 31x10.5s on your rig at stock height. Fitting 32x11.5s is a relative subject, even with a 2" lift, you have to compensate for the tires being wider, not only taller.

my truck was 19 stock , with years of sag its now 18 , a 2in. lift is 2in. over stock , and that was 19 at new , and that is what the spring people go by, so a 2in lift spring on my truck will give me 3in.

now the tires being wider thing is my thing , would a 3.73 backspace compensate for that ? i dont know ?
