2002 Explorer check engine light on problems

My 2002 Explorer 4.0L check engine light (CEL) came on and the code was P0303 & P0316. P0303 was for misfire on 3 cylinder & P0316 was for misfire within the 1st 1000 revolutions. Changed the spark plugs, wires, coil and #3 fuel injector. Also smoke check for leaks. No leaks. Vehicle still runs rough and the check engine light still comes on. At high speed it seems to smooth out but the CEL still comes on. Don't know what else to check. Any suggestions?

Don't throw out the OEM coil pack, especially if you replaced with an aftermarket one . . . . The OEM's are more reliable.
