94 Explorer Sport, 4.0, timing cover is leaking Anti-freeze between the block and timing cover. I have removed everything but I'm having a hell of a time with the Harmonic Balancer. I ended up having to buy longer m8 1.25 bolts for my balancer remover. with that and the balancer bolt in just a bit (save screwing up the threads) I was able to get it out till the balancer bottomed out against the head of the bolt. I backed it out all the way to see if I could get it much further but no dice. so I can't get the puller to get it any further because its bottomed out on the bolt. I dont want to have to locate another long bolt just to get the balancer off. Any Tips or Tricks would be GREATLY Appreciated.
