Looking for this interior part

Hello, I just recently bought an 01 Sport Trac (my second explorer) and I'm slowly trying to find all the missing parts. There is one that I can't seem to find. I don't even know what it's called! I included a pic with the part in question circled. Does anybody know what this is called specifially? I tried searching 'console' on ebay and it brings up everything but that part.

Actually the Ranger has one with cup holders in it that you may could use also.
