Spare tire carrier bolt

Anybody know a source for the spare tire carrier bolt?
I want a bolt with 19mm head do that the lug wrench will fit.
Resellers like LMC truck sell A Bolt that fits the carrier clip but does not have the right size head on the bolt.

Ford Parts Giant has some good OEM style parts. They also sell some parts as "OEM" but are not and it substitutes part numbers
Bolt Depot is a fantastic organization. Great, informative website. Small quantities OK. Great service.
Highly recommend that anyone looking to identify and replace any fasteners, buy both its SAE and Metric gauge sets that will positively identify any bolt and nut size.
But even it does not have the bolt I need, as far as I can tell and according to some texting back and forth to staff here.

FORD PG listing also says that bolt/part is "unavailable."

What’s wrong with the bolts posted? They are the same pitch and have a 19mm head.

This really shouldn’t be at all difficult. If you want to pay the shipping I’ll send you one of these A5 bolts.
