tire ideas

Well, i was at the local tire shop yesterday to price out some mudders. we found out that because the truck had the optional 16" alloys, tyhe current tires are 30.5" with a 1.5-2" lift, i should be able to get 32" muders on there fine.

i'm looking for a mudder, with an agressive tread pattern that will stand up to hiway use. I asked about siping, but no one around here does it. I suppose i could do it by hand with my dremel. i would like to get 45-50000 miles from the tires.

The tire guy recomended Cooper mudders, but i thought there wasn't enough tread on the road. So how are these tires on hiway, snow and off road?

1. BFG Mud Terrain
2. Goodyear wrangler MT
3. explorer pro-comp mud terrain (looks just like BFGs)
4. Dirt Grip Parnelli Jones
5. mickey Tompson (could use more info on this brand)
6. conti mud-trac radial

The coopers look the same as the BFG's. Ask JasonB about them, he has them and they work awesome. I must admit though, those Parnelli Jones are BAD ASS lookin.
