Plus you have to use high octane to take advantage of the Livernois tune. I wasn't planning on running 93 octane in my Sport.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought ford recommended the use of 91octane in the explorer sport?

I ran an SCT Xcal2 for almost 8 year, re-flashing newer/updated tunes about 5-6 times and differant octane tunes, or performance vs tow.

It was a bit slow, but never any issues.

So next Cat-back, after Taxes.

Then yes, a tuner.

If anyone is looking for a performance or towing or even fuel mileage tune, why wouldn't you go to a Ford tuner and have him build your tunes for your truck?

I sure wouldn't feel comfortable flashing a generic tune on my 46K dollar truck, but hey, that's me.
