Bushings Squeaking

I just installed warrior shackles on my '01 sport about 3 weeks ago. During the installation the bushings looked cracked and worn. I sprayed some of that silicone spray on there because really I have no idea what a worn out vs a fine bushing looks like. But I knew that spray would help. So I was out working on it today and I noticed an amazing amount of speaking coming from those bushings as I jumped on the bumper. There was no squeak that I had noticed before today. The car has about 90k miles on it. Is it time to get back in there and replace the bushings and if so, where should I go to buy?

I think you should replace the bushings. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any advice regarding a source for new bushings.

Use oil or grease (grease is hard to get in though)- silicone dries up.
