Here's what their first response will be, "It's the break-in period; it will stop smelling around 10,000 miles." Hogwash! It still smells at 34,000 miles, and Ford will not deal with this issue.

Why would it be greater in the third row seating? Does this smell start at the back and then move forward? I really thought it was coming out of my AC vents, but if it's exhaust it would make sense that it's coming from the back, but where is it getting in from back there?

I thought I read somewhere in this post where if you touch the recirculate air button/key on the touchscreen that you'll not smell it. I've tried that when I start to smell it, I just touch that button and then turn it back on a little bit later. That does help a lot.
