    Oil Pan Drain Plug Hole Coiled Out. ( Pics )

    Looks like the helicoil moved out with the plug during the oil change, as an alternative check out Napa and other parts stores. They have various oversize self tapping plus size drain plugs.

    Hesitation at speed but low rpm

    Your throttle position sensor,TPS, may be worn out but guessing is expensive. A better obd2 reader will show the value the ecu is seeing as you press the pedal, key on, engine off or on. You can backprobe the sensor also with a multimeter. Reads should increase steady as you rotate the throttle...

    torqued valve covers, now its running terrible!

    The cam sensor hits the cam without the gasket on the cover. Maybe you damaged it when you torqued the cover down. The cover is supposed to rest on spacers in the gasket. Maybe your gasket is wrong? Your test meter should show a low voltage dc pulse on the sensor with the engine cranking...
