I can only find the truxxx 2.5/1.25 ones.. I wish theu were 2" in the rear. I feel like my fronts higher. Any other ootions?

Has anyone made their own steering extensions? I have a 2 inch lift left over from an old vehicle, and was thinking about ordering some bolts and throwing it on.
