What did you do to your 5th Gen?

Well she got a bath, tinted tails, tinted refectors, some better led high beams, and blacked out exhaust tips. I had a black sport emblem but the adhesive foam that was on it was very cheap, so I'll work on getting some better 3m adhesive and getting it on.

How to: New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Haha yes, just got lazy typing on the phone. I'd like to add a 3rd key for the explorer and mustang at some point.

How to: New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Has anyone programmed an intelligent access key yet with forscan? I haven't ventured too deep into the explorer yet, but was able to with my F1. As far as obd access goes, personally I always go corded. It's much faster than the wifi/Bluetooth connects. Also go with an ms/can switch. There are...

    Rear Spoiler Removal Help

I have, but my question is can the 3rd be pulled by itself or does the spoiler have to be pulled as well? Look at a parts fiche I can't see anywhere that it's bolted in (not to say that it isn't) so I'm hoping it could be pulled by itself.

    Rear Spoiler Removal Help

Ok, so having some trouble as to where to start to remove the 3rd brake light. Does the whole spoiler have to come off or can I just work on pulling the rear panel and access it from there?

    added a 20" Lightbar today

I think I might mock something up and try it out. I know some of the eco f1's were sensitive to blocking air flow to the cooler and it did raise the temps a bit.

5th Gen Explorer With LED Light Bar

My only concern for adding a single row under the grille is air flow blockage to the cooler. I imagine you could mock something up and monitor your IAT's and see if they fluctuate. I had a single row bar that fit perfectly in that spot but opted to put it on my side by side.

    Got Livernois?

I've been slacking on getting some performance mods done to the x sport. The mustang has taken priority. Some livernois goodies will be in the works. Working on possibly testing out a new down pipe that hasn't been released yet too. Hoping to get a few track passes on it this summer.

How to: New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Yes. There's a good write up on the forscan forums about it. You can delete keys programmed to the vehicle as well. Get something with an ms switch This is what I use. Be careful with some of the $15 and under ones. They seem to be hit or miss if they work or not. This is what I have...

How to: New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Looks like the comp command didn't stick. Might be a bug to be worked out in beta. Commanding the ac compressor run times a little longer really chills the ac down. I had to use IDS on my f1 when I did it.

How to: New Forscan Update Allows Module Programming

Just did the nav over ride and fogs on with high beams in the sport and f1. Commanded the ac compressor run time a little longer as well.

2016 Explorer LED Fog Lights option??

The plug ends are definitely different for the led fog assemblies. May try to find an oem harness and do some experimenting.
