    "Audio Off" Message

    Yes. Nothing happens when I try to turn the radio on. It worked yesterday to do the restore to factory default. When I got in my car this morning... again... audio off and nothing happens when I push the power button for the radio etc.... did the reset and shut the car off turned it back on...

    Mykey feature disappeared

    I was trying to find a way to reset the key code on the door.... in doing this... I have now somehow managed to set a max speed of 80 mph. I went back to the menu to find "my key" so I could adjust this and "my key" is no longer there. Any suggestions...

    I just bought a 2013 Ford Edge . Audio was fine in test drive . Now it is stuck on Audio Off. I read this . Went to settings and couldn't find master reset but found restore system defaults .
