    Overheating problems?

    check the rad for blockage by using an infrared thermometer. hit the rad every 4 inches up down left right at operating temp. also check the inlet and outlet temps of the rad and thermostat housing.

    Heat/AC not blowing

    from what you are describing the blower motor or bm resistor doesnt seem to be a problem. seems to be a vent door/vaccum problem. but more certain diagnostic tests will need to be performed to pinpoint the problem.

    Auxiliary Fan

    have you considered a thermal switch on the condenser? when the condenser hits a predetermined temperature the switch sends a signal out to trip a relay which in turn turns the fan on.

    2002 - Need help with A/C vent issue

    is this a common issue? my sister has an 05 with an airflow problem. the blower motor works hard on high as far as sound. it has never blown a fuse. on monday i planned on checking the current draw on the blower which i anticipate being within acceptable levels. i then plan on pulling the blower...
