95 Ranger right (passenger) side seat recliner handle broken

Ok, so here's the problem. The drivers seat wont stay up. If I am not sitting in it, it will pull all the way forward, but as soon as you push it, it falls halfway to the back seat. I took off the side of the seat to expose the seat recliner assembly, but that's the limit of my knowledge...
