hey everyone i need some advice!!

hey everyone i got a 92 xlt with 4.0 v6 and i want to lift it and some of my buddies told me i could put some f150 leaf springs and coils under it. would that work and would i have to change any else. and my raduis arm bushings are bad how hard are those to change out thank you for your advice.
