I am in the process of doing a SAS to fit 44 inch TSLs on my Explorer. The rear is no problem, as I can generate enough lift for 44s but I am in a bind trying to figure out what leaf springs to use for the front. I have a 5.0 going into it as well and AOD and Advance adapters unit for the transfer case. I am using a full width Dana 60 for the front axle. I definetly want to use leaf springs. The tallest springs that I can find are for a YJ and are four inch springs. Does anyone know of a better leaf spring to use than the YJ spring that might offer more arch? I don't want to have to build ridiculously large hangers and shackles. Thanks

since you got the cash flow, what bout getting Custom leafs made?? i

Make sure to get pics, i thought you were jokin botu fitting 44"s:eek:

the only springs i know of off the top of my head are the Rancho RS-44044's, but you'll barely be able to squeeze a 38" under thoes sprung over
