I am looking at purchasing a used 2016 Sport from Metro Ford in Miami. I was looking at the CarFax and noticed that the owner had some battery issues and they occurred about the same time that you were experiencing your problems. The vehicle in question was a lease. It is Metallic and has 11K miles on it. I was just wondering if this was your vehicle and if so, could you elaborate about your issue? Thanks
