In my youth I built NHRA race cars, worked in a speed shop, and then was a trouble shooter in a GM production plant. Then I changed gears and went to school and got a PhD and was a professor in a business school for about 40 years. I had some funky cars during that time but didn't do much real car work. Now, retired, I'm back trying to relearn what I forgot and figure out what is new. I have a Mountaineer for practical hauling stuff and a British Ford Powered 1985 TVR Tasmin that I hope to assemble from it's basket case status. My son has an old family Explorer and my daughter has the old family Mountaineer. Can't get away from FOMOCO parts!
