Last time for 235s on the '02

Tomorrow I'm taking the '02 to get tires after school. My dad picked out Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's in a slightly larger size. 245/70. Not a bad choice if I do say so myself I'll thow up a pic of it tomorrow when I get home. Here's a before pic.

245 are now stock on the new XLTs.

They've been standard on the EBs and Limiteds too. I wanted him to go 255s but the guy at Sear's brainwashed him into thinking it'd screw up the speed sensors and ABS. O well. Just gotta burn them off again

Are you going to post pictures with the new tires? The 245\65-17 is the standard factory tire 29 inches, I take it you are putting on 245/75-17 tires which are 31.5 inches if I am correct!

Well, after a bunch of crap through the one tire shop, we had to go to another. We got Firestone(ha ha, on an Explorer ) Destination LEs. 245/75s. Wow, it looks 100% better. Like an actual truck. I think I'm gonna give it a bath tomorrow so I'll post pics then.

Well here they are. Pretty nice. And now the tranny is making funny noises Thank god for extended warranty!
