Well i needed new tires for the winter (Goodyear Wrangler GS/A) anyway so figured i'd get some nice tires. Yea wider isn't better for the snow but w.e i love them..265/70/r17 and they DON'T rub at all
They were a pretty penny but they are awesome. It actually lifted the truck almost 3/4"
Some quick pics w. my phone

looks good dude

Very nice. How much does it affect your speedo? I wouldn't think it would be too much.
I have mine booked in for 2" lift springs on Friday as after lowering it, I realised I actually want to be able to 4WD in it! I am just running 255/65/17 at the moment, but looking to go bigger. Have just scored a set of 2001 XLT rims (16" x 7" with +15 offset) with 85% rubber. I'll be fitting 265/70/16 or 275/70/16 to them before year's end, so that will be pretty close rolling diameter to what you have - certainly yours fill the guards out nicely; I'm hoping for the same effect.

those look sick. Where did you take that first pic? Looks kind've like Sunken Meadow

Sweet lookin X man, good job.

Ben.

if your stock tire was 2456517 your speedo with 2657017 will be 7% slower
if your speedo reads 60 you are doing 64.2 mph

Sweet, now i know what kind / size i can fit on mine.
How is the ride??
Any MPG change?

For the speedo, it may be worth checking with the dealer, they might be able to re-program for the tire size change?

very nice--I was thinkin of getting 265/60s--but those look great

way to go looks sweet...
