WHEN I SEE THE TRANNY FROM INSIDE THE CAR (FLOOR OPENING), I SEE THAT NOZZLE,
SO IS IT MADE TO BE CONNECTED TO SOMETHING ? PLEASE TELL ME !

It is sometimes connected to a hose, and pipe going to the front. Nothing will happen if it's left alone. The older cases didn't even have this nozzle. It had a small pressed on cap that jumped up to expel excess fluid if it got overfilled.
