windows down

I've been searching to no avail. Please help me. My brother just got an '05 Mariner. He wants the windows in the rear doors to go all the way down. Is there a fix or a kit?

I don't see how would he be able to fit the glass all the way down in the door, just by looking at some pics I see that it won't fit, take a look at my crappy paint image where the space is just not there....
