Finally took apart the t-case. Waiting for my Omega case halfs.
Besides my snapped in half fork and replacement seals + maybe a new ramp (appeared gouged) - Anyone think I should replace the hi/low collar as well? Teeth appear OK in the pics with a slight bit of wear, but since this is my first time doing this, figured I would ask for advise.
Also - was thinking of reusing the bearings and chain. They appear fine but I have heard of stretched chains. I have over 130 + on the 99 ex. Can the bearings be used again after being pressed out of the old cases?
From what I can see, everything else looks good but I want this to be the last time the t-case comes out. It was a real job for me...
