Yes, but, there are a couple of things different of course. The running boards are the same on all three models. The difference is the end molding pieces for the Adrenalin. They create more of an aerodynamic shaped wheel spat and close up the gap to the body. The front bumper cover will go right on too. There is a difference though at the fender wheel opening. It isn't a sheet metal thing though. The limited and XLT models have wheel opening flares and the Adrenalin cover does not account for them. The fender flare molding would have a blunt end where the two pieces mate up. It doesn't look too bad, but is noticeable. Adrenalins do not have the fender flare molding on them. You could remove yours but the holes for the molding would have to be filled and repainting done... Also, the Adrenalin grill will be needed. The Limited grill is too short and does not fit in the bumper cover.
The running boards look similar, but wouldn't say the same. End caps are obviously different. But more differences.
XLT/Limited: Look between the door and step tread. You see right thru (running board brackets & truck frame are clearly visible)
Adrenalin: Look between the door and step tread. Body colored.

Where to buy? Nearly impossible to find in salvage, maybe try CoPartFinder. Ford new Adrenalin boards are sold as complete kits - you can't buy parts - lose an end cap, replace it all. If there is any silver lining its that they come pre-painted. From what I've found, drivers side are just over $1600 (list $2200) and passenger side just over $1400 (list $1900), all USD.
Just my 2 cents. If anyone finds new boards for considerably less expensive, like a few hundred bucks total, please say so as I'd love a pair myself. Was shocked to find out what I did above.
