looks goood.. but need to get an alignment.. i can't go over 45/50mph before it shakes me off the road

Looks good, but I think you installed the front sway bar wrong. It should be nearly flat with the drop brackets and it looks like it is hanging way down. The rods that mount to the axle and the sway bar should be straight up and down behind the steering tie rod and drag link with the sway bar above the tie rod.

You always need an alignment when lifting a TTB axle. Make sure to find someone who understands how to align them. It might be difficult in your area.

That's better. It should work much better now. I never liked the drop brackets for sway bars. They allow too much movement side to side. They will eventually fail. Its always better to extend the rods that go from the axle to the sway bar. You can make the existing rods into quick disconnects with some heavy tubing that fits over them and a couple of hitch pins.

Your Pitman arm looks a little short too, guessing you have a lot of bumpsteer...had the same problem when I lifted mine and finally broke down and spent the $200 on the Skyjacker arm. Drives a lot better than it did before.

Ex is looking really good though!

I use the pitman arm that came with the lift and it is a little short. .. So i might need to get the Skyjacker one later. .
Quick dissconect is on my "to do" list

I know.. but i can't afford 35's/37's right now.. so i just need to live with "tiny" tires for some time.. need to find out gers and tire size i want and save some.. hahaha

No problem in that...I think its probably just the larger wheel well on the fiberglass fenders and the blocks on your SOA that make the wheels look small...looks good though!!
