Looking to replace front rotors and wheel bearings. What's the difference between the $40 and $100? Pics look the same.

Well it doesn't say on the Ford part site I looked at. Both numbers cover the same vehicle. With the added V in the part number (1V102) and cheaper price, I would say the cheaper rotor is a value line. (CHINA) ??

Thanks. I'm at a crossroad because my upper ball joint on one side and you can't just buy it, have to replace whole uca, and one lower ball joint is bad on other side. Definitely need rotors. Thanks for the feedback. Deciding if I should replace with oem or moog. Just a old truck with 310k

Personally, I haven't had to change the ball joints since I bought the truck, but I do know that the previous owner put in Moog lower ball joints. I have a set of new Moog UCAs in the garage for when the ones on the truck go bad. They seem pretty stout. Make sure you get the Problem Solver ones though. I've heard that Moog has some Chinese-made stuff in their lower-priced selection. Based on what I've seen on the forum as well, MOOG is a solid go-to.

Thanks for the advice. Always appreciated. I just got done doing the valve cover and thermostat and that was a challenge. I'm definitely going to buy it from the Moog website so I know it's authenticated parts

I bought mine from Rock Auto. Good deal IMO. Big selection too

For new rotors and pads, I would suggest going with a Powerstop kit. They're fairly cheap and pretty good. I put the Z36's on my F350 and the regular set on my WJ with good results on both.
