PIU Trunk board collapsed

Hi guys, I just get a 2018 PIU last mouth, I find a defect in this car. My trunk board It was in a collapsed condition since it had no support, I tried a full size tire but it didn't look like it was fully repaired. Here have some pictures, if anyone have some ideas…..

I'd either get a replacement from a junkyard donor vehicle, or get a piece of plywood, cut it to the right shape and either put the carpeting from what you have on it, or get a new piece of material to glue or staple on. If stapling it then I would cut the board slightly undersized, wrap the material around and staple it from the back. I'd still want some adhesive on the front to keep it from moving around or wrinkling over time.

The cover is light duty, there is no brace across or under it so if something heavy were put in the middle, that could deform it.

Looks like your missing the hard foam that goes on either side of the spare tire this is what I have since yours seem to be missing the support isnt there for your floor

I saw the picture, I think foams can keep floor level. I tried searching for OEM parts but no results. Do you have a link to purchase them?

I know every junk yard around me that has explorers will have these check your local yards same for civilian or police
