Help identifying this little box?

2018 Explorer PIU. Just starting to dig into what goodies were left in this unit.

I found this white box under the hood, mounted just in front of the coolant bottle. Some sort of a flasher perhaps? Wig/Wags?

it appears to be a Whelen flasher to give you wig wags on the high beams. Very old style too.
