Can anyone tell where I can find this Alternator resistor inline diode on my 2013 Ford explorer 3.5L non turbo. I checked the fuse panel and there only a 10amp fuse for the alternator can’t seem to find this Alternator Resistor Diode

Thanks

I looked around in my wiring diagrams, fuse box diagrams, and service manual for my '14 3.5L NA and saw no mention of this diode. I might have just overlooked it, though.

Can you provide more context? Did you find this diode lying under the vehicle, or otherwise, why fixate on this diode?

No while looking up an alternator on fordpart.com it showed that Diode with my VIN# but I don’t have one on my explorer

Probably just a database error, then. Sometimes they put them in series with the PCM but I didn't see that either - probably built into the PCM now.
