2017 PIU Lock Cylinder and Ignition Switch

Hi,

This set up did work before I separated the ignition switch from the key cylinder housing.

I put it back together but it seems like something is missing. Inside there's a spring but there's a big ol space of about a half inch between the internal key cylinder and ignition switch. I must have lost something when it separated. What am I missing and where do I get a new one. I looked around the vehicle and didn't see anything.

Or am I doing something wrong while putting it together???

Never having seen it before, I'd say you're missing a flat bar that goes from the slot in the lock cylinder to the + in the ig.sw.
