No man I just bought a 9004 HID Kit and it fits bolt on.

I have HID 4300K in the headlights but they are blue while warming up then it turns white.. In the fogs I have stock H3 bulbs.

Yeah the metal bumper made it easier to install but the wiring stays the same on every model.

Well I don't want to go all crazy I already have my summer beast...but you know a nice high truck looks good. About budget...No worries there.
