    11-12 isnt that normal in my case i have a 93 in serious need of a tune up 147k miles on it completely stock and i get on average 15-16mpg in town.

    Get one of the adapters that plug into your cigarette lighter . you set it to a radio station turn on the radio and presto your ipod is doing its thing. Bought mine at best buy for like 19.99 or so. Called fm transmitters.

    Does your truck have a factory amplifier if so youll either need to run new speaker wire from your speaker or bypass your amp. Also make sure your headunits good my last install id already rewired the speakers and got no sound. Headunit lit up like it should but there was no ouptut coming from...

    Wheel bearing problem

    You can just replaced my front wheel bearings on my 93 ford explorer took me about 25 mins a wheel and was fairly simple. Got my bearings at autozone for about 30 bucks per wheel.

    Yeah check it out you never know may get a great truck got my 93 ex for 500 dollars and it only has 144k miles on it drives fantastic.

    New guy, older truck, need helap

    I had the very same problem turned out to be my wheel bearings. Parts ran like 30 bucks per wheel for new ones. Got rid of my growl.

    I just paid 500 for a 93 explorer so yes id say you could get that out of it.

    Starter relay was replaced yesterday the starter just gave up the ghost. At least the starters easy enough to get to.

    Well as it turns out it was my starter. A few well placed taps with a hammer and it fired right up went to advanced auto to get a new starter tonight gonna put it on tomorrow. Thanks guys for all the advice.

    Yeah im leaning towards the starter myself replaced the starter relay still click. New Battery still click. Only thing left i can think of is the starter or the battery cables. So i gonna pull the starter tomorrow and have it tested. Thanks for all the replies hope i get this fixed asap lol...

    Funny thing is the battery is testing good. Its got juice in it but for some reason it doesnt seem to be getting where it needs to go.

    Thanks for the info the battery cables are looking kinda ratty i guess i need to pick a set up. Never replaced em before guess its time to learn how.
