    hard starting

    Star tool for MAS

    It is called a tamperproof torx, a set for a screwdriver will run you about 20$ most autopart stores will carry them, they also come in handy when you have to take the electric motor off of the T-case tom clean the contacts inside.

    4x4 engaging at will

    One thing you might want to check is your ball joints,when bad,they can cause the hub to ingage(from the angle the tire change) also check the hub,make sure its got lots of grease it might be just seized. I had the ball joint problem .
