Ya I pulled the inner fender out and cleaned that area out as well. By under the cowl thats the area I was referring too.

I thought I would update this. I found a 1" section of seam sealer that was missing above the gas pedal. The water I sealed it will silicone inside and out. Now the damn sunroof is leaking. The drains are open 100% but the water is leaking from the frame of the sunroof.
