I took your advice, luckily. I bought the 2017 Sport new and got a 10 year extended warranty. Cost me $2900 Canadian. And because I bought the warranty, they gave me a good car that won't break down. Zero problems so far and loving it (after 9 months and 8000km).

In all likelyhood, I've invalidated the warranty on my rain sensing wipers for my Sport.

I've had my 2017 Sport since August 2016. About 9000kms. I haven't had any issues, except for losing both my mirrors in two separate accidents.

The sport is 20mm lower than other trims, has a strut brace in the engine compartment, and has a slightly more nimble steering ratio. The sport suspension is still independent but stiffer. But more important than all of that, interior has no wood!

Are you sure accessory mode wasn't on? When you turn off the car, it'll play the stereo until you either open the door or wait about 5 minutes, and then it turns off automatically. Also you need accessory mode to power the sunroof.

You don't even need to click on the link to see what tunes will do to your warranty. This car has more than enough power to get you into trouble. Unfortunately, it's also quite the gas eater.
