Limited trim specs?
It would be very low cause it would have to go under the air dam (or cut a hole in it). If the price is decent, I would not hesitate to pick up a '93 Limited with 104,000 miles. That's about 1/3 of its life.- Albino 94LTD

The Limited's and Eddies also came stock with a aux tranny cooler. In the 94 model year, there were a few internal upgrades. My 94 Limited is going on 275,000 miles on its original tranny. Take care of them and they will last- Albino 94LTD

Aviator slipping from a stop. trans or transfer case?
Check the tranny fluid. These have a funky check valve in the pan, no dipstick. There is a special fitting that threads in and you pump fluid in, check frequently and when is starts to run back out, it's full. You'll probably need to search for better instructions though.- Albino 94LTD

For the rear tire rub, your still running stock 4.5" wheel backspacing. going to 3.75" will help but it may still rub a bit. 3.75 may make the front rub on the lip a little more though. 10" of travel up front is about what everyone gets for the TTB. It looks like you're close to that. I don't...- Albino 94LTD

The Explorer 4.6 is only 240hp (2004). your ST is 292hp. The Aviator 4.6 is 32 valve. They stopped making the Aviator in 2006. Only about 250,000 units built.- Albino 94LTD

Vintage Pumpkin Rockcrawl and Layover Video
Yes I did and No it didn't. I figure that was about 1 cup of oil into the exhaust manifold and muffler which is why it smoked so long. I don't think it got into the combustion chamber (this time). My truck wont't run run worth a crap once warm.
Fuel pump is separate relay. Switch with WOT relay. If its going bad the voltage will drop and pump wont run full pressure. This happens before the relay quits. Completely.- Albino 94LTD

Your MAFS code ould be a loose plug on the MAFS. Been there did that now using a zip tie to secure the plug. The MAFS code could cause limp mode with preset air to fuel ratios- Albino 94LTD
