    No TCC lockup, interesting scenario

    If, for some reason, it's running in Limp Mode, the TC won't lock up. Do you have any codes? Make sure the MAFS plug is good and secure and check all other plugs near where you were working.

    Still have the graphite washer on the stub shaft? The inner 'hole' has a beveled edge that should sit against the axle flange (that could also cause the 'short shaft' syndrome making the spline washer rub)

    Turn them around so the adjuster is facing forward. That way you won't knock the adjuster knobs off :-)

    I have It's not the C clip that is rubbing. You have the wrong spindle seal (or too many parts in the seal) and the splined washer is rubbing against the end of the spindle tube. Check to see if the spindle bearing seal has a little lip extending out form the surface of the spindle face. Get...

    I wimped out of Hell's Gate in 2010 so I need redemption. We got washed out of Kane Creek Canyon so more redemption there. Gotta start reading trail descriptions. Not sure about Pritchett Canyon :roll::eek:

    That is the correct shift pattern for a BW 1354 but whether it will fit the lever is another story. I don't see why it wouldn't. I found one a Lynnwood Pick n Pull a while back, out of a 1990 BII

    2016 Moab Shakedown run #1 at Tahuya State Forest, Belfair WA 3/12/16

    We have a date for Moab Shakedown run #1 March 11-12-13. Several of us will be camping at Camp Spillman. 47.476843 -122.926319 We would probably hit the trails around 10am. We run CB and Ham for radios This is a great area for all levels of skill and build. Time to camp n wheel!!!
