    Check the function of your vent control valve. Should be located under the battery , driver front wheel well. Maybe it stuck closed.

    You are correct. The diameter of sleeve is a thousand larger And that the problem. The latch is not releasing. I ran into the same problem with my doors. The correct sleeve needed to be heated up to get on the pin. I put back just the pins and everything was fine except for the play.

    For your information. The door switches ( door ajar), exterior door handles switches, interior lights, etc go thru the GEM module. I connected a ohm meter too each input pair of wire on the GEM module too help me adjust the door strike on each door.

    Slow start under particular circumstances.

    Sound like the temperature sensor for the computer has failed. Do you have code scanner? Read the engine temperature. It start cold fine, because it in open loop, but once the engine is up too operating temperature, it does not. Because its still in open loop settings.

    I did not remove the brake line the first time I had access. The factory line with the spiral wrap is a cancer, it take a little more time too remove it, but in the long run, its save you other problems.

    When you drive away , warming up the engine. Turn on the heat in the car. Use your laser tester, to see what the center vent heat temperature is.
