    Strange howl at 45MPH

    Hey guys, on my 1997 Explorer, when driving at about 45-55 miles per hour, it makes a loud howling noise. I mean, with the radio on, you can hear it. But it seems to only make it when you have your foot on the gas, if you take your foot off the gas the noise stops. Any ideas? Thanks, Ryan
