    Shift Lever adjustments 98 Explorer Auto.

    My shift lever needs adjusting. The arrow on the dash does not match the gear the transmission is in. One of my friends mentioned a thumb screw below the panel. Would someone please give me details as to how to access the thumb screw. Thanks, Steve

    Auto headlights

    98 Merc Mountineer 5.0 AWD. I love this vehicle! It has the auto headlight turn off. Lately they have been staying on waaay too long after I turn the engine off. The slider bar on the bottom of the mirror seems to do nothing regardless where it is placed. I would like to get this issue...

    ABS code reader

    Hi all, I am new and enjoying this site. Does the ABS system on a 98 Mountaineer 5.0 require a different code reader than the rest of the vehicle? If so, could someone direct me to a site that will tell me how to read the codes with a volt/ohm meter. My ABS light stays on constantly. Thanks...
