hello... first post in this site. thanks. lots of info..
-2001 exp explorer...
need smog for regist.
check engine light is on.... scanner won't read- no power to obd input (lower right hand pin, was what i was told..)...
checked all fuses and found out that fuse #5 missing.
removed #1 fuse...
