    Hey there, I was wondering, if I put a 3" Body Lift and extended shackles on my Explorer will I have any problems as far the NSW RTA and Police are concerned?? Are these mods legal without an engineering certificate?? Thanks for any help; AlexV

    OK, I've got a 96 explorer Australian spec. All the explorers out here have the flares no matter what. I'm putting on the 3" Body Lift, TT and Shackles to hopefully fit 33's.
