    2000 eddie bauer DRL issue

    Hello, I have a 2000 eddie bauer explorer and my DRLs will not shut off... at all. I tried both 15a fuses which the manual lists as DRL fuses. both were fine. Even with the key off, they still won't shut off. I have been disconnecting the battery to shut them off. any suggestions? thanks
