My vehicle ran fine until i let it run out of gas. Now it will not start.I filled it up half a tank then I swapped the fuel filter out and the fuel that leaked from the line was black. Do i need to swap out the fuel pump and flush the tank and line? Im out of ideas here, some help would be...
